Tappy Frog is one of the first playable games currently available on Fourplenty.net .
This fast-paced mobile arcade game is all about reflexes, combo streaks, risky plays, and surviving against the most evil enemy known to frogkind: bees.
The game is currently in an alpha build, but players can already create accounts, climb the leaderboards, unlock achievements, and flex their scores against other players on the platform.
How Tappy Frog Works
The gameplay is simple to learn but surprisingly addictive.
You control a hungry frog by tapping the screen. Every tap launches your frog's tongue directly toward your finger, allowing you to catch flies flying around the screen.
Every successful catch increases your combo streak, giving you more points and rewarding accurate timing.
However, missing a shot comes with consequences.
If you fire your tongue and fail to hit a fly, your combo resets immediately.
Beware the Bees
Catching flies might sound relaxing, but the skies are not safe.
Dangerous bees fly around the map, and getting stung by one means instant game over.
This creates a risk-versus-reward gameplay loop where players constantly need to decide whether to keep their combo alive or play it safe.
The longer your combo streak gets, the more stressful things become.
Combo System
Build massive score multipliers by chaining successful fly catches without missing.
Power Ups
Activate temporary abilities and special mechanics to survive longer and increase your score.
Super Power Mode
Earn enough points and unlock your frog's hidden ability: temporarily destroy everything your skin touches.
The Frog Has Had Enough
One of the strongest mechanics in the game is the frog's hidden native super power.
After collecting enough points, your frog temporarily enters an overpowered state where everything touching its body instantly dies.
Including the bees.
For a short moment, players can finally take revenge on the creatures that ruined countless combo streaks.
At least for now.
